Healing difficult relationships

Adopting the right attitude can help us change how we think and feel about tricky relationships. This extract is taken from Dru Yoga, Stillness in Motion.

Stand in Mountain Pose or adopt a meditation posture. Visualise the person you find it hard to get on with in front of you. Take a deep breath and focus on your sternum.

Imagine a stream of light coming out of your heart to the person. Silently affirm, 'I offer you good feelings and friendship'.

This exercise is even more powerful in 'real time', with the person in front of you.
