The class on Sunday 27 will take the theme of 'closing the old year', with some reflection and digestion. On Monday 28 we will be 'pausing for breath' with assimilation and restorative asana. On Tuesday 29 we will look ahead to the new year, with all its possibilities.
Classes run from 10am-12 each day. Taking time to work in this way may help us to prevent old patterns becoming habitual or to develop new ways of being.
Each class will consist of asana practice with pranayama and meditation. You will be able to work at your own pace and material can be adapted to suit you but the classes are not suitable for total beginners.
