Each day begins with chanting and contemplation, followed by asana practice and meditation.
The early afternoon alternates between kirtan and satsang where the focus of the retreat is explored through contemplation, journaling and discussion. The day ends with restorative yoga and breath-work allowing time and space to absorb the day's experiences.
Each day will run from 9am to 5.30pm, and a vegetarian lunch from the Madder Rose Cafe is included in the total fee of £260.
