Shreyas yoga retreat, India, with Emma Hicks

It is a purpose built centre with the main aim to retreat in luxury while you practice various yoga disciplines under the guidance of genuine Indian yogis.

The retreats run in seven to fourteen day packages so you can create your own schedule; long-weekend breaks are also available.

There are fourteen rooms only and all levels and ages and children are welcome. The retreat centre runs all year round but there are sometimes guest teacher packages.
