There will be two long yoga sessions daily - the morning sessions will begin with gentle stretching and pranayama, building gradually into a strong dynamic flow practice suitable for all levels.
The more gentle evening sessions will focus on relaxation and release, using yin and restorative yoga to promote flexibilty, healthy immune functioning and develop mindfulness.
Dina has been teaching yoga full time since 2000. Her practice is inspired by the breath-synchronised dance of ashtanga combined with the precision of iyengar and the softness of yin and restorative yoga.
Price of £490 for the ten days includes twice daily yoga, shared accomodation in twin-bedded or double beach cabanas, breakfast, teas and lunch every day.
