You will be treated to a truly personal experience and have a chance to do as much or as little as you like.
The yoga and meditation practice is suitable for both beginners and advanced yogis and there will also be a number of open lessons available for one-on-one practice.
We will run two yoga and meditation sessions daily, including breathing exercise and relaxation and introduce a variety of yoga styles to suit all levels - from dynamic to restorative.
