Our retreats offer a unique opportunity to change the aspects of your life that no longer serve you, allowing you to move into a more fulfilled, creative state.

We will aim to achieve this through yoga, meditation, chi kung, flower essences and homeopathic therapy. All yoga and movement is suitable for all abilities.

Our seven day retreats this summer run from  July 8-15, September 9-16 and October 14-21; the cost of £525 is fully inclusive.

Teachers can also use our facilities to run their own retreats.
