'I have been using the spray every time I use my mat; before I start my practice, I spray it all over and then wipe it off with a slightly damp cloth. If there's time I let the mat to dry naturally; if not I towel dry it. It feels very hygenic cleaning the mat every time before use and a lot of dirt comes off each time.
