The detail:  100% organic cotton yoga rug in a Natural colour, size 200cm x 70cm, weight 1.2kg.  Unbleached; handwash cold.

Great for:  Ashtanga and dynamic yoga, this rug can be placed over a standard yoga mat for extra cushioning and absorbency.

The low-down:  Designed for a dynamic practice where you're likely to sweat. In contrast to the way a standard mat works, the grip increases as it gets wetter - so spray lightly with water before your practice.
