I had a lovely back chair massage yesterday and the therapist said my shoulders and upper back were very tense.
Anyone have suggestions about which asanas to do to counter stiffness in these areas, and which to avoid?

I had suffered from stiff neck and back for some months, but then recently attended a Chi Kung class - cannot honestly say which aspect of the class helped (as this was new to me), but the next day the stiffness was more or less gone. Definitely worth a go...
