Great for: Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, and Bikram because of the thickness and excellent grip.
Not so great for: Ashtanga, because the repeated vinyasa sequence can stress the material.
The low-down: A fabulous all-round yoga mat - light to carry around, and with designer credentials to boot. Made from biodegradable TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), it combines strength and durability and has been made without toxic materials.
