I have been practisicing yoga now for about five years and am interested in a deepening my knowledge, and taking teacher training.

I have found teacher training in Ireland later 2007 by a company called burren yoga. However, I do not know anyone that has taken this course. Can anyone recommend ths course?

Hi Dc,

I suggest you think about doing the Sivananda Yoga TTC. It is Ashtanga yoga in the original sense of the term - Ashtanga means 8 limbs, and refers to the 8 limbs of Raja yoga, of which Asana and Pranayama are just 2. You will spend a month in an Ashram, all the time in the company of, and taught by, senior disciples of one of the greatest yogis of modern time, who personally designed the course over 50 years ago. Since then some 15,000 people have taken it, and i can personally say that it changed my life. If you really want to go deeper into yoga, it will open a whole new world to you i am sure.

Whatever path you choose - good luck.
