Wednesday 8 November, 2006

One Life Live imageThe second One Life Live exhibition is  taking place at London Olympia in March. More than 300 exhibitors will attend the show, which will be split into six zones, including Be Your Own Boss, Take a  Break, Retrain, and Life Balance.

Around 100 seminars, workshops and presentations will be on offer and visitors can also hear motivational stories from experts who have changed their lives for the better.

One Life Live founder Helen Marriott says: "Life is too short to waste time doing things that make us unhappy. We don't pretend to have all the answers - they are different from everyone.

"But we do believe that there is better chance of making positive life changes if we know what our options are and have the support needed to follow through our choices."

Research by One Life Live indicates that 86% of the UK population is unhappy with their lives, with 45% wanting to become their own boss, 60% looking for a career change and 54% looking for a career break.

The event is priced at £12 in advance or £15 on the door and includes entry to all seminars and workshops.
