Is yoga a family activity in your household? Have you used yoga to help bond with your child on a physical, emotional and or spiritual level? If so, any tips on the right poses for parents and children to try? Do you have any experiences to share? Any comments on what to do and what not to do? Did your child enjoy yoga from the start or did you have to make yoga fun for him or her?
Martin Drury (that'd be me) is writing a magazine article on parents/guardians who do yoga with their children. He cannot, unfortunately, pay anyone for their contributions as the payment rate for the article itself does not allow this but Martin would welcome any thoughts, comments, quotes or case studies about this subject from parents.
If you'd be happy to help then email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
