r older people and those with no previous yoga experience, as well as for experienced yogis and yoginis.
YA Retreats' trademark Yoga & Wellbeing escapes takek place at Potash Barns in rural Suffolk.
The price of £245 includes three optional yoga classes a day, three locally sourced, vegetarian meals a day, and four-star rated accommodation.
Two out of three of the dailiy yoga classes will suitable for all. The evening class, before dinner will be restorative yoga & meditation, encouraging the body to soften and open, and the mind to relax.
Between yoga classes, there will be plenty of time to chill out, and explore the surrounding countryside or coast. An experienced massage therapist will join us on-site for the weekend, offering a range of rejuvenating treatments.
Our venue for the weekend, Potash Barns, lies in the sleepy hamlet of Brundish, near Framligham, around 30 minutes' drive from the fashionable Suffolk coastal towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold.
The retreat centre, which lies in rural countryside, boasts four-star rated accommodation in three listed converted barns, plus a dedicated yoga studio overlooking fields.
Lucia Cockcroft, Yoga Abode's editor, comments: "I am thrilled and excited at the prospect of broadening out the retreat concept to include older people and complete beginners. Too often, people who come most benefit from yoga are too intimidated to give it a go.
"Our retreats will be as inclusive and accessible as possible, with plenty of time to nibble on home made cakes or chill out with a book."
