The Ultimate Guide to Yoga Travel?

Tuesday 6 July, 2010

There's now a bewildering choice of yoga-related travel available to the globe-trotting yogi or yogini. If anything, the challenge is sifting through the options.

So check out this new post from www.nursingschools.net - The Ultimate Guide to Yoga Travel: 100 Essential Tips, Tools & Links.

It's an impressively comprehensive (though by no means definitive) guide to planning your yoga holiday; getting the most out of the trip; researching destinations; finding yoga travel operators; and even books and videos on the subject.

I'd like to add Caroline Sylger-Jones' wonderful Body & Soul escapes books to the readling list - and UK operators Lotus Journeys, Wellbeing Escapes and our own YA Retreats to the suggestions for retreat companies.

For other valuable resources on finding yoga escapes, check out Yoga Abode's own retreat round-up articles here, and our directory here.

If you have any of your own recommendations for great yoga retreats or holidays, do leave a comment here - we'd love to hear your thoughts.
