Two London Bikram students will attempt to complete six classes in one day to raise money for a children's charity.
The Bikram fans will complete nine hours of hot yoga on March 6, starting at 6.45am.
The students, David and Richard, will be raising funds for The Smile Train, which helps provide cleft lip and palette surgery for children in developing countries.
They will be bending and sweating their way through Bikram's series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, and are set to burn off around 400 calories each.
Around £150 is enough to provide an operation to change a child's life.

Yoga classes, massage sessions and farmers’ markets will all be offer at this year’s Fruitstock festival at London’s Regent’s Park.
Yoga features in a new book about journeys that have a positive impact on the environment and local culture.
The book also includes sections on an encounter with gorillas in Rwanda, lemurs in Madagascar and sea lions in the Galapagos. There are chapters on the Maasai of Kenya, the Maoris of New Zealand and the Inuit of Greenland. .jpg)
